| 主要技术内容 | 本标准规定了利用水泥窑协同应急处置新型冠状病毒肺炎（以下简称新冠肺炎）疫情期间医疗废物的术语和定义、基本要求、人员防护及健康要求、运行要求、应急准备与响应、污染物排放控制要求和处置运营记录。 本标准适用于水泥窑协同处置新冠肺炎医疗废物（以下简称新冠医废）。其他类型的疫情、突发公共卫生事件产生的医疗废物处置可参照执行。 This standard specifies the terms and definitions about the emergency co-processing of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (hereinafter referred as COVID-19) related medical waste in cement kiln, and the co-processing related basic requirements, staff protection and health requirements, operation requirements, emergency preparedness and response, requirements for pollution control and the disposal operation record. This standard is applicable to the co-processing of the novel coronavirus pneumonia related medical waste (hereinafter referred as COVID-19 medical waste) in cement kiln. It can also be used as a reference in disposal of medical waste from other epidemics and public health emergencies. |
