| 主要技术内容 | 本标准规定了光电通信复合电缆的产品命名与规格、技术要求、试验方法、RFID 标签要求、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。产品命名按 YD/T 908 规定,规格由光缆、动力线、通信线对不同规格组成。技术要求涵盖光缆线、通信线、动力线及成品电缆的结构、尺寸、材料、物理性能、电气特性等,其中光缆线采用 32 芯光缆等结构,光纤几何特性、强度筛选水平等有明确参数;通信线为星绞四线组,动力线含 3 芯导体;成品电缆需满足结构、物理性能、电气特性等要求,铝护套、内护套等也有相应规定。试验方法涉及光缆线、通信线和动力线、成品电缆的各项测试。RFID 标签需具备基本功能,符合参数、存储、材质及环境适应性要求。检验规则包括检验批、试样及出厂检验的抽样方案和判定规则。标志、包装、运输和贮存方面,电缆外护套有永久性标志,应装在缆交货盘上,运输贮存需注意温度、防损伤等。 This standard specifies the product naming and specifications, technical requirements, test methods, RFID tag requirements, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of optoelectronic communication composite cables. The product is named according to YD/T 908 regulations, and its specifications consist of optical cables, power lines, and communication lines of different specifications. The technical requirements cover the structure, size, materials, physical properties, electrical characteristics, etc. of optical cable lines, communication lines, power lines, and finished cables. Among them, the optical cable lines adopt structures such as 32 core optical cables, and the geometric characteristics and strength screening level of the optical fibers have clear parameters; The communication line is a star twisted four wire group, and the power line contains 3-core conductors; Finished cables must meet the requirements of structure, physical properties, electrical characteristics, etc. There are also corresponding regulations for aluminum sheaths, inner sheaths, etc. The experimental method involves various tests on optical cable lines, communication lines, power lines, and finished cables.
